What this policy covers
It describes the data this website collects, why it collects it, who has access to it and the rights available to you.
The website is a static site: its pages are served as they are, with no user account and no personal area. The website and the content management system behind it are hosted and administered by IT Solutions.
Data we collect
Data you send us
The contact form collects the information you enter in it:
- first and last name;
- company and job title;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- subject of the enquiry;
- content of the message.
Only the email address and the message are required. A checkbox records your agreement before the form is sent. You remain free to reach us by telephone or by email instead of using the form.
When a position is open, the Careers page lets you submit an application. That information is used solely to review the application.
Technical data
Visiting the site generates anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement: it counts the pages viewed without identifying you, without building a profile and without tracking you across other websites.
As with any website, your IP address and your browser characteristics may appear in the server's technical logs, which are kept for security and for the proper operation of the site.
Preferences stored in your browser
Two settings are kept in your browser's local storage: the dismissal of the information banner, when you click "Understood", and your choice of light or dark display. These values stay on your device and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking, analytics, advertising or social network cookies. No advertising profiling is carried out. The banner shown at the bottom of the page is purely informative: it does not gate access to any content.
Protecting the forms against automated submissions
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes a human visitor from a robot. For that purpose, the service may process your IP address as well as technical signals from your browser. This processing is necessary for the form to be submitted. The terms applied by this provider are set out in its privacy policy.
Purposes and recipients
The information you send us is used to answer your enquiry, to contact you back about it and, where applicable, to review your application.
It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties, and it is not used for marketing unrelated to your enquiry. It is accessible only to the IT Solutions staff concerned. Apart from the anti-robot service mentioned above, no data is passed to an outside provider, except where required by law or requested by a competent authority.
Retention
Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then for the duration of any relationship that follows from it. Applications are kept for the time needed to review the position concerned. After that, the data is deleted.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Access to the content management system and to the messages received is restricted to authorised staff. No arrangement can guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable measures to protect the data entrusted to us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, object to the processing of, and erase data concerning you. To exercise it, write to info@itsolutions.dz setting out your request. We may verify your identity before we reply.
Legal framework
The processing described here falls under Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended by Law No. 25-11 of 2025, and under the oversight of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
